They delivered a strong coffee (on request), the beans of which having being sourced and roasted locally."

During the week it is a lovely quiet place to bring the dog and enjoy some decent food, however at later on a Friday or Saturday night it can get a bit loud if you are hoping for a quiet meal. "Last visited 2 years ago and will definitely return next time we are in Bowness. 25/05/2021: Only had to wait a couple of minutes to be seated, staff were really friendly, ambience of this pub is great we were sat upstairs on the outside balcony which was superb with heaters if it got chilly. We ordered the fish and chips and it was absolutely amazing, would definitely recommend, the other food which was being brought also look amazing"

"19/05/2021: Visited here very impromptly having smelt the pizzas from outside!. Small cosy place, tables spaced out as well as they can during Covid. Would recommend Margarita Pizza and Cheesy Garlic Bread."
